1. The service

GrantGuard provides procurement workflow, documentation, marketplace and compliance-support tools for grant-funded organizations. Access is licensed per organization on a subscription basis.

2. Trials and subscriptions

Trials run for the configured period. Plans, prices and capacity limits are set by GrantGuard and may be updated with notice. You may upgrade, downgrade, cancel or reactivate. On cancellation or trial expiration your procurement records are preserved and access becomes limited or read-only; records are not deleted without your request.

3. Customer responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the awards, budgets, policies and rules it configures; for verifying requirements before they are relied upon; for evaluating vendors; for obtaining required approvals; and for making final procurement decisions.

4. AI assistance

AI-generated observations are advisory, may be incomplete or incorrect, and require human review. GrantGuard does not certify compliance and does not approve vendors.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organization's data, circumvent access controls, or use the service to misrepresent a procurement record.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

GrantGuard provides procurement workflow, documentation, marketplace, and compliance-support tools. AI-generated observations and platform recommendations assist human review and do not constitute legal, accounting, audit, procurement, or regulatory advice. Organizations remain responsible for determining applicable requirements, evaluating vendors, approving purchases, and making final procurement decisions.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrantGuard's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
