Marketplace & Vendor Terms

Last updated at launch preparation.

Template for professional legal review. This document was generated as a starting point and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.

1. Marketplace role

GrantGuard operates a directory and solicitation platform. GrantGuard is not a party to any contract between a buying organization and a vendor, does not guarantee awards, and does not guarantee volume of opportunities.

2. Vendor profile accuracy

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, registrations, identifiers, certifications, insurance and licensing evidence. A marketplace profile does not mean a vendor satisfies any particular organization's procurement requirements.

3. No verification claim

GrantGuard does not perform live government verification and does not represent any vendor as government approved, debarment cleared, or eligible for federal awards. Buying organizations perform and record their own responsibility and eligibility review.

4. Solicitations and responses

Vendors may only access solicitations they are invited to or that are published for open response. Sealed pricing remains confidential until the configured deadline. Response content may be shared with the buying organization's evaluators and retained as part of the procurement record.

5. Paid vendor plans

Paid vendor plans provide profile, alerting, template and analytics tooling only. Paid status never improves a vendor's formal procurement evaluation score, ranking or award likelihood.

6. Conduct

Vendors must not attempt to influence evaluators outside the documented solicitation process, misrepresent qualifications, or submit responses on behalf of an excluded party.
